Cozy, furnished, well-lit room on the second floor with anteroom and bathroom. There are 3 other guys living on the floor. On the lower floor there is a spacious dining room, open kitchen and hallway with wardrobe. Access to the terrace and garden is through kitchen. The landlady is an artist and runs an art studio separately on the lower floor. She lives on the same property and is super nice. There is also a dog. However, this lives with her.
The room has a balcony and is rented newly furnished.

Gemütliches, möbliertes, gut beleuchtetes Zimmer in der ersten Etage mit Vorraum und Bad. Es wohnen noch 3 andere Jungs in der Etage. In der unteren Etage gibt es ein großzügiges Esszimmer, offene Küche und Flur mit Garderobe. Zugang zur Terrasse und Garten erfolgt über Küche. Die Vermieterin ist Künstlerin und betreibt abgetrennt in der unteren Etage ein Kunstatelier. Sie wohnt auf dem gleichen Grundstück und ist super nett. Einen Hund gibt es auch. Dieser wohnt aber bei ihr.
Das Zimmer ist mit Balkon und wird neu möbiliert vermietet.

Die Bushaltestelle ist vor der Haustür, mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Naehe.
You live together with nice students. Every now and then we cook something together if it fits in time. In any case, we try to get to know each other according to the rhythm of the day. Sometimes we go to parties together. From time to time we have a campfire together in the garden. In the living room there is a lot of space for common activities.

Du wohnst mit netten Studenten zusammen. Immer wieder kochen wir etwas gemeinsam wenn es zeitlich passt. Auf alle Fälle versuchen wir einander kennen zu lernen je nach Tagesrhythmus. Manchmal gehen wir gemeinsam auf Partys. Ab und an gibt es gemeinsames Lagerfeuer im Garten. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es viel Platz für gemeinsame Aktivitäten.
