If you like to live in the green, but still want to be in town quickly, my apartment could be just the right thing for you. It has a large balcony with beautiful views to the green, almost like a small jungle. What I love are my two squirrels Karl and Bella who regularly come by and even sometimes eat out of hand. In addition, there is a garden in the making that you can use – perfect for chilling, grilling or gardening or for the first coffee in the morning ☀️

In about 15 minutes walk you are at the S-Bahn station Pankow-Heinersdorf (S2, S26, S8), so quickly in downtown.

Wenn du gerne im Grünen wohnst, aber trotzdem schnell in der Stadt sein willst, könnte meine Wohnung genau das Richtige für dich sein. Sie hat einen großen Balkon mit wunderschönem Blick ins Grüne, fast wie ein kleiner Dschungel. Was ich besonders liebe sind meine beiden Eichhörnchen Karl und Bella die regelmäßig vorbeikommen und sogar manchmal aus der Hand fressen. Außerdem gibt es einen Garten in the making, den du gerne mitbenutzen kannst – perfekt zum Chillen, Grillen oder Gärtnern oder für den ersten Kaffee am Morgen ☀️

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Naturschutzgebiet, super für Spaziergänge, Joggen oder einfach mal den Kopf freikriegen

Aloha her loved ones, I am Mj, creative, liberty-loving, psychology-loving, life-threatening and with a flaw for real, profound encounters. I studied cultural sciences, ethnology and theology, and I then entered the project management for international relations. In recent years I have worked with very different people: the poorest and the richest in this world. I am currently in an exciting transition phase: I'm just going into self-employment as a wedding planner. I need a lot of time to concentrate and rest.
I love art, travel, photography, creative staging – and especially people who are real. I like clear communication, cleanliness and structure, but also a little loving chaos in my head. In my spare time, I design small pieces of jewellery and offer workshops when you like, you are welcome.
What is important to me in the WG life: a respectful interaction with each other and with the space we share. I wish you a coexistence in which everyone has its retreat, but there is also room for exchange and good discussions. Openness, honesty and a certain ease in everyday life I find important, as well as appreciation for the first apartment I want to share with you/like.

Aloha ihr Lieben, ich bin Mj, kreativ, freiheitsliebend, psychologieliebend, lebensfroh und mit einem Faible für echte, tiefgründige Begegnungen. Ich habe Kulturwissenschaften, Ethnologie und Theologie studiert und bin danach ins Projektmanagement für internationale Beziehungen eingestiegen. In den letzten Jahren habe ich mit ganz unterschiedlichen Menschen gearbeitet: mit den ärmsten und auch den reichsten dieser Welt. Aktuell befinde ich mich in einer spannenden Umbruchphase: Ich starte gerade in die Selbstständigkeit als Wedding Plannerin. Dafür brauche ich grad viel Zeit zum konzentrieren und in Ruhe.
Ich liebe Kunst, Reisen, Fotografie, kreative Inszenierung – und vor allem Menschen, die echt sind. Ich mag klare Kommunikation, Sauberkeit und Struktur, aber auch ein bisschen liebevolles Chaos im Kopf. In meiner Freizeit entwerfe ich kleine Schmuckstücke und biete ab und zu auch Workshops dazu an, wenn du Lust hast, bist du herzlich eingeladen.
Was mir im WG-Leben wichtig ist: ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander und mit dem Raum, den wir teilen. Ich wünsche mir ein Miteinander, in dem jeder seinen Rückzugsort hat, aber auch Raum für Austausch und gute Gespräche da ist. Offenheit, Ehrlichkeit und eine gewisse Leichtigkeit im Alltag finde ich wichtig, ebenso wie Wertschätzung für die erste eigene Wohnung, die ich mit dir/euch teilen möchte.;)

It is lovingly furnished, combines modern, stylish design with a quiet, relaxed atmosphere and is ideal for getting down, concentrated work or just for feeling well.
With its 97 sqm, the apartment in the new building from 2023 offers plenty of space to live. It is located on the first floor and is fully equipped: everything you need for comfortable living on time is there.
