Gemütliches kleines Zimmer in Plattenbau, ist möbliert muss aber nicht zwingend so bleiben.
Sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, U-Bahn, Bus, Tram keine 5min entfernt und prima Anschluss an S-Bahn, in 15min in F'hain, 20min am Alexanderplatz,35min City-West Ku'damm. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz bequem und schnell erreichbar. Bis auf die große Hauptstraße vorm Haus, eigentlich eher sehr ruhig.
Das WG Leben sieht so aus, das man sich gerne mal über den Weg läuft da der restliche Teil der Bude der Allgemeinheit dient. Hab auch überhaupt nichts gegen gemeinsame Abende bzw Zeit, Quatschen,Kochen,Spielen, deine Freunde usw. alles kein Ding! Solltet ihr keine Katzenhaarallergie haben und ein paar Tage im Monat mit meiner "Megasüssen" Tochter Philine auskommen, nichts dagegen haben das hier gelegentlich mal ne 4 Jährige rumwirbelt, heisse ich dich gerne sofort willkommen!
Ich suche, momentan jedenfalls, nur eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin, nicht weil ich irgendwas abartiges vor habe sondern aus einem ganz bestimmten Grund der nichts anderes im Augenblick zulässt und den ich dir dann lieber persönlich mitteilen werde da es sehr persönlich ist.
