Hey zusammen,
ab sofort vermiete ich ein Zimmer in einer 3er WG im schönen, ruhigen und grünen Glienicke/ Nordbahn.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre, ist kernsaniert und hat geräumige, lichtdurchflutete Zimmer. Die Küche ist nagelneu und in der ganzen Wohnung gibt es Dielen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich 500 m von der Berliner Stadtgrenze entfernt und liegt unmittelbar am Tegeler Fließ mit vielen Wegen zum Joggen.
Es ist ein ruhiger, freundlicher Ort und dennoch braucht man nicht lange, bis man im Zentrum von Berlin ist. Man läuft nur 5 Min. zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, wo der Bus nur 5 Min. zum S Hermsdorf oder S Frohnau braucht. Wenn keine Busse fahren, kann man auch innerhalb von 20 Min zum S Hermsdorf laufen.
Der nächste Supermarkt (Edeka und Netto), Spa und Fitness Center sind in 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar und auch weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich im Umkreis. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.

Ich bin 27 Jahre alt, habe mein Maschinenbau-Studium gerade abgeschlossen und suche Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerinnen, die offen und freundlich sind und viel Lebensfreude ausstrahlen.
