I'm subletting my room in Friedrichshain for 3 month because I'm going abroad for 3 month, from the 5th of January until the end of March. I'm looking for someone who would need a room to stay in this period of time. The room is very nice, good size(18,5 square m) and with a lot of natural light coming in. The flat is located very near Boxagenar platz, super nice part of Friedrichshain, 5 min walk from Warschauerstr. station, and the building is in the Hinterhaus, so there's really no sound at all coming from the outside.
In the flat you would live with 3 other flatmates. Marit, 23 from the Netherlands. Viivi, 24 from Finland, and Hedi, from Tunisia. All very friendly and respectful young professionals. As I said I'm looking for someone to sublet the room for 3 month, so the Amneldung is not possible. The cost of the room is 655 euro/month.
