Ruhiges kleines Zimmer in Hohenschönhausen in einer Neubauwohnung, mit Balkon großem Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad werden mit Mitbewohner geteilt. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, wovon eins für dich reserviert ist. dein Zimmer ist abschließbar und ist auch hell und ruhig. Das Bad ist relativ geräumig und die Küche und das Wohnzimmer ist ein großes Zimmer, das auch alle anderen zimmer verbindet.
ziemlich Ruhig gelegen, aber direkt an der Tram M5 und M5 die direkt zum Alexander Platz fahren. Lidl ist glich um die Ecke, sonst ist da in der Gegend nicht viel los.
Du teilst die Wohnung mit Randy, der ganz entspannt, ruhig, sauber und relativ ordentlich ist und sich das auch von seinem Mitbewohner wünscht. Randy ist ein Deutsch-Kubaner und Spricht Deutsch und Spanisch und etwas englisch. Ansonten gibts zum WG leben nicht viel zu sagen denn die WG ist eher eine Zweck WG, für günstigen Wohnraum, der in Berlin schon sehr knapp ist.
bitte mach ein Besichtigungstermin direkt mit Randy aus ( am besten per whatsapp) alles weitere klären wir dann vor Ort.
