Hey, mein Name ist Anton, 26, und ich würde gerne wieder eine WG gründen. Deswegen suche ich 2-3 Leute, die Lust hätten, gemeinsam eine Wohnung zu suchen. Im Moment studiere ich Biologie an der HU und habe einen sicheren Nebenjob, würde dennoch gerne nicht mehr als 450 Euro pro Zimmer/Person ausgeben wollen. Da mein Campus in Mitte ist, wäre für mich die Lage flexibel.
Ich würde so heran gehen, dass sich erstmal eine Auswahl von Leuten über Zoom trifft um zu schauen, ob man harmoniert und alles weitere danach besprechen/planen. Wichtig ist nur, dass ihr eure Papierkram bereit habt.

Relativ flexibel für mich
Jede*r macht sein Ding, man trifft sich zum gemeinsamen Kochen/trinken in der Küche, aber keine Party WG
Es sollte eher sauber sein und Privatsphäre sollte gewährleistet werden, ansonsten wäre direkte Kommunikation nice und generell sollte die Stimmung entspannt sein.
Zu mir: zurzeit bin ich durch mein Studium und den Job tagsüber eingespannt, in meiner Freizeit koche ich gerne, lese viel/informiere mich was so läuft in der Welt; normalerweise gehe ich auch gerne ballen und zu Lesebühnen. Ansonsten höre ich gerne und viel Musik (60s/80s/Jazz/ American HipHop)

Typical flat share Life, preferably clean. Cooking / drinking together in the kitchen from time to time would be nice, but no excessive parties.
About me:
During the day I am mostly studying and working, in my freetime I like to cook fancyish dishes, normally I like to go out a lot or play basketball but during this time I read/ stream a lot and listen to music, just pandemic stuff ... I am a pretty social person tough.
