Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. Stock und wird möbliert vermietet. Es befinden sich 1 Bett mit Matratze, 1 Tisch, 1 Stuhl, und es gibt einen nordseitigen Blick auf den Garten. Eine Besonderheit des Zimmers ist der große Wandschrank, der auch gut als Stauraum oder Leseecke benutzt werden kann.
Der Garten hinterm Haus kann mitbenutzt werden und biete einen Ausgleich zur lauten Stadt. Auf dem Dachboden ist weiterer Stauraum.
The room is on the 1st floor and is rented out furnished. There are 1 bed with mattress, 1 table, 1 chair and there is a north-facing view of the garden. A special feature of the room is a separate closet room, which can also be used as storage space or as a reading corner.
The garden behind the house can be shared and offers a balance to the noisy city. There is additional storage space in the attic.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet ca 8 min zu Fuß vom S-Bahnhof Karlshorst entfernt. Dort gibt es alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs: Supermärkte, Drogerie, Friseur, imbisse, Restaurants etc. Penny, Aldi, Netto, Edeka sind Ebenfalls in fußläufig erreichbar, und am U-Bahnhof Tierpark bzw an der HTW ist man in 10 min (Fuß+Tram).
Außerdem befinden sich ein indisches Restaurant, und diverse Gastronomien im Wohngebiet sowie eine eine Bäckerei.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area about 6 minutes walk from Karlshorst S-Bahn station. There you will find everything you need every day: supermarkets, drugstores, hairdressers, snack bars, restaurants, etc. Penny, Aldi, Netto and Edeka are also within walking distance, and the Tierpark underground station and the HTW are 10 minutes away (on foot and by tram).
There is also an Indian restaurant and various restaurants in the residential area as well as a bakery.
In der WG leben momentan zwei Personen. Julius, ist Student an der HTW, Renato aus Brasilien ist Musiker und Kautsav, er arbeitet an Humboldt University. Über der WG wohnt die Hauptmieterin und man läuft sich gelegentlich über den Weg und kann sich schnell austauschen. Momentan ist der Kontakt zwischen den Mitbewohnern eher sporadisch, man trifft sich aber ab und zu in der Küche und tauscht sich aus, das hängt aber sehr von den aktuellen Bewohnern ab.
Two people are currently living in the flat share. Julius, is a student at HTW, Renato from Brazil is a musician and Kautsav, he works at Humboldt University. The main tenant lives above the flat share and you occasionally run into each other and can quickly exchange ideas. At the moment the contact between the roommates is rather sporadic, but you meet in the kitchen from time to time and exchange ideas, but that depends very much on the current residents.
Gesucht ist eine verantwortungsvolle, freundliche und ruhige Person, die weiß, wie man einen Haushalt am laufen hält.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, schon zum 05.06.2023 einzuziehen.
Ein 90cm breites Bett gehört zum Bestand, für 70€ Ablöse kann auch gerne eine 140cm Matratze samt Lattenrost dauerhaft gekauft werden.
Bei Interesse, bitte schreib mir bitte einen kurzen Text über Dich in dem du dich und erwähne das Codewort "Rosenkohl", damit ich weiß, dass du dir die Anzeige durchgelesen hast. Danke!
