Hey Everyone! I have a spare bedroom in my flat starting early/mid February. The flat is fully equipped with everything you could need to get started in Berlin. Washing machine, dish washer, large fridge/freezer, 49 inch TV, sofa, 3 minute walk to the S-bahn/ Tram station. Not to mention a fully equipped kitchen with a brand new cooker/hob combo.

Being located in Karlshorst , we're in the extremely fortunate position of being very close to the action without the extra noise etc that comes with it. There's nothing better than sipping a coffee during the summer months on the balcony (we get the sunrise)
We have an Eddka (3 minute walk), Aldi (5 minute walk) & Netto( 5 minute walk),.

We also have a nice little park directly next door (some pictures attached). Behind us there are large scale gardens which blossom during the spring/summer. This is a perfect place to go for a walk after work.
Living with me is fairly easy, I work a 50/50 home to office split. During the work week I keep to myself for the most part going to work hitting the gym and of course cooking some dinner in the evenings maybe watching a series/film etc. I'm very open to cooking nights and sharing etc
The ideal tenant will be someone I can easily get along with, they aren't looking to spend every waking moment locked in their room and are open to having a beer and just generally being pally. We have a very large shared living room with a massive couch.
During the winter months I'm typically playing cards and games etc and in the summer I like to get out and about as much as possible. We have a little BBQ that can be taken to the local parks to grill up some meat.
As a heads up due to the quite nature of the area load music won't be possible so if this is something you need please reconsider before messaging me :)
Of course it goes without saying both parties need to be considerate of each other and ALWAYS clean up after themselves. It's extremely important we're both on board with this from the get go to avoid any silly disputes over general day to day cleanliness.
