I am going on summer vacation and I am subletting my room from the 1st of July until the 30th of September (there is a possibility for extension/ Anmeldung after this period if all goes well, but it has to be rented for the full 3 months at least). The house is in Karow (PLEASE CHECK THE LOCATION FIRST IF IT'S SUITABLE FOR YOU). It's a very green area with lots of nature around, well connected with the bus stop just outside the house. The S-Bahn is just 10 mins away by foot. Perfect for an internship stay/ bridging a short gap and enjoying Berlin in the summer. There are many supermarkets and food places around the area as well. The room is connected to another room, which means you have to go through the other room to go downstairs.
Viewings are welcome on the weekends. All appliances are new and the rooms are in a new and great state. Please only message me in English. You'll share the house with three very nice girls. Please understand too that cleanliness and respect is so important for us.
The rent is 425€ euros including everything.
