Hallo zusammen,
ich bin im August im Urlaub und würde gern mein Zimmer für diese Zeit untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist 24qm groß, hat einen schönen Dielenboden und kostet für den gesamten Zeitraum 500€. Es ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, sodass es den ganzen Tag über viel Licht bekommt.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 120qm groß und hat eine geräumige Küche mit Balkon, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne und ein kleines zusätzliches Zimmer, das alle gemeinsam nutzen können, in dem es noch ein eingebautes Doppelbett gibt.
Es gibt einen Garten am Haus und Fahrradständer im Hof.
Die Wohnung ist im ersten Obergeschoss eines Eckhauses, die Straße ist ruhig. Der S-Bahnhof Köpenick (S3 Erkner—Spandau) ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt, verschiedene Trams halten direkt um die Ecke.
Diverse Geschäfte befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. In die Köpenicker Altstadt, und ans Wasser läuft man ca. 10 Minuten. Im Sommer kann man zu verschiedenen (Bade-)Seen mit dem Fahrrad fahren.
Kurz zu uns:
Hier wohnen sonst noch Marian (Student) und Lukas (berufstätig); beide sind sehr ruhige, freundliche und respektvolle Mitbewohner.
