ich bin Larissa und suche eine nette Nachmieterin ab sofort.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 m^2 groß und hat einen schönen Gartenblick.
Die WG befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße aber liegt trotzdem zentral in Köpenick. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und teilen sich den schönen Hintergarten.
Wir haben eine große, helle Küche in der wir gerne zusammen kochen und quatschen.
Ich würde mich freuen wenn ich meine Möbel an dich weitergeben könnte. Alle Möbel (Schrank, Bett, kleines Regal, Schreibtisch, sowie die Vorhänge) die du auf den Bildern siehst, bis auf das Würfelregal und den Teppich stehen zum Verkauf bereit.

I'm Larissa and I'm looking for a nice, new tenant for our WG.
The room is approx. 13 m^2 large and has a beautiful garden view.
The flat share is in a quiet side street but still centrally located in Köpenick. The neighbours are very friendly and we share the beautiful back garden.
We have a big, bright kitchen where we like to cook and talk together.
I would be happy if I could give my furniture to you. All furniture (cupboard, bed, small shelf, desk, as well as the curtains) you see on the pictures, except the cube shelf and the carpet are for sale.
Von der WG erreichst du die S-Bahn in 10 min oder Tram und Bus in 5. Supermärkte und ein Einkaufszentrum sind auch nur 10 min entfernt.
Außerdem haben wir schöne Parks und Eisdielen in der Nähe und der Müggelsee ist auch nicht weit :)
The train station is 10 mins away, tram and bus only 5. A shopping center and supermarkets are also 10 min away. We have beautiful parks and cafes and the Müggelsee is also not far :)
Wir sind eine internationale 5er Mädels-WG.
Lisa kommt aus Tanzania und studiert Illustration. Lydia kommt aus der Nähe von Heidelberg und studiert Human Factors. Und Charlene kommt aus Frankreich und macht Musik.
Wir haben eine gemütliche Küche, um mal zusammen zu sitzen, zu quatschen oder zu kochen.

Lisa comes from Tanzania and is doing a volunteer year in geriatric care. Lydia comes from near Heidelberg and studied psychology.Our flat share is in a state of change, so two new flatmates will soon move in. too
We have a comfortable kitchen, so that we can sit together, talk or cook something.
