Ich suche für meine 2er-WG in Köpenick eine neue Untermieterin. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und hat 19 qm. Die Wohnung ist eine frisch saniert, voll-möbilierte Altbauwohnung mit insgesamt 60qm. Zur Ausstattung des Zimmers gehören: Doppelbett, 2 Kommoden, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Schminktisch sowie 2 Regale. Die Küche hat eine neue Küchenzeile mit Herd und Backofen sowie eine Waschmaschine. Insgesamt kostet das WG-Zimmer 470 € im Monat mit WLAN und allem drum und dran. Das Zimmer ist befristet vom 1.Januar -1. März 2020.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Spreeufer, direkt an der Altstadt von Köpenick. Fußläufig sind es ca. 10 Minuten bis zum S-Bahnhof Köpenick, von dem aus man einegut Anbindung hat. Außerdem ist eine Tram-Station direkt vor der Haustür:) Man hat also eine gute Anbindung zur HTW oder zum HU-Campus Adlershof.
Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin für meine 2er-WG in Köpenick:) Ich, Alina, bin 22 Jahre und studiere Wirtschaftskommunikation an der HTW. Ich fände es schön, wenn es keine Zweck-WG wird sondern man auch mal zusammen kocht, Fernsehen schaut und das WG Leben genießt. Natürlich brauche ich auh meinen Freiraum, sodass die Tür auch mal einen Tag geschlossen bleiben kann. Ich lege Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit, aber nicht in einem übersurchschnittlichen Ausmaß:)
Ich bin ein sehr offener, geselliger Mensch. Ich koche gerne, gehe zum Sport oder treffe mich mit Freunden. Ich freue mich auf deine Anfrage!
