Large (maybe 35+sqm) fully furnished room in WG, Mandrellaplatz, Köpenick. Other tenants are all female. €600 Warm. Newly renovated old building. Available from the end of this month (maybe from 22.06). Anmeldung possible.
Details:
Room: First floor old-building apartment, newly renovated in December (EVERYTHING is new since then). Difficult to accurately say the size of the room as it’s not square and we’re not mathematicians, but probably 35sqm or bigger. It’s got some nice touches like one of those big old ceramic fireplaces (which still works if you can get fuel for it!) and wood floors. Furniture includes bed, sofa which can become another bed, loads of cushions etc, table, 2 coffee tables, 2 desks, chairs, rugs, bookshelf, lamps, wardrobe, TV, aforementioned big ceramic fireplace thingy, washing basket.
Kitchen: small but manageable, fully equipped with oven and stove (gas), 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, cupboards, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, table, chairs, microwave etc. Everything is there.
Bathroom: We will miss this bathroom, it’s huuuuge! And has a fancy shower with jets and a radio and rain shower settings, AND there is also a bath and big sink (and like I said everything is new from December). Bonus feature: big tree/plant thing by the bath (I don’t know it’s name but it’s cool and you can look up into its leaves while you’re having a bath). Bathroom also contains washing machine.
Location: Clean and safe neighbourhood, mostly families who live around. Close to the Sbahn so although it’s far from Berlin centre you can get to Alexanderplatz in half an hour. There are Bus stops literally right outside which can get you to the Müggelsee and surrounding forests, as well as a direct line to Schönefeld Airport.
5min walk from: Sbahn Köpenick, Netto, Aldi, Rewe, Forum shopping mall, Saturn, DM, local shops and restaurants, Bellevue Park.
20min walk from: Kaufland, Altstadt Köpenick.
