Hey an alle Leute da draußen, im letzten Jahr haben wir eine 4er WG in Köpenick gegründet und jetzt noch auf der Suche nach zwei Mitbewohnern oder zwei Mitbewohnerinnen. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock eines gepflegten Neubau und ist frisch gestrichen/renoviert. Wir haben zwar keine super hohen Decken, aber dafür ist es umso gemütlicher :) Der Bodenbelag in den Zimmern ist Teppich. Das große Zimmer hat sogar einen Balkon zum drauf Quatschen oder Kaffeetrinken. Natürlich ist das Zimmer unmöbliert. -------------------------
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Köpenick, aber trotzdem fast am Fluss. Man ist aber in ein paar Minuten am S-Bahnhof Spndlersfeld und von da aus in 10 min in Neukölln mitten im Leben. Bars Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles nur ein paar Minuten weg. Der Bus fährt sogar noch näher. Gleichzeitig gibt es aber auch einen schönen Fahrradweg am Kanal raus in den Wald.
Wen suchen wir? Gute Frage. Auf jeden Fall sind wir offen für weibliche oder männliche Mitbewohner. Und auch beim Rest sind wir offen. Mal schauen, wer sich meldet und, ob es passt. Der Rest ergibt sich dann :) Wenn die Miete vom Jobcenter bernommen wird, ist das natürlich kein Ding. Eine Sache gibt es allerdings: Unser Vermieter erlaubt keine Haustierhaltung. Wenn du also mit einem vierbeinigen Freund einziehen wollen würdest, müssen wir dir leider absagen :( ------------
Hey to everyone out there, we have founded a new WG last year and - due to our roomie moving out- have got two free rooms left, that are waiting for roomies. The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a well-kept bulding, which is freshly painted /renovated. It may not have the heighest ceilings or rooms, but the comfiness makes more than up for this :) The flooring is carpet. The big room even has a balcony for having a cuppa or talk. Of course the room is unfurnished.
The canal is just around the corner. But its still only 5min to S Spindlersfeld and from there on 15min to the hippish bars or the quirky area around S Hermannstraße or S Neukölln. The busstation is even closer. You have a nice bikeway on the river into the city or out into the woods
Who are we looking for? Good question. Above all we are open towards male and female flatmates. And we're openminded regarding everything else as well. Drop by and we;ll see if it works out. Being paid by the jobcenter is no problem at all. But there is one little thing: Our landlord does';t allow pets. So if you;re planning on moving in with your little friend we have to refuse to invite you for a viewing :(
