Hello future flatmate,
Since I have almost completed my bachelors in “Renewable Energies” by the end of February I will leave Berlin until September. Therefor I will rent my most beloved room of 20 m² from the 1st of March until the 31th of August and would love to offer my room to you! It is also available for just a part of that timespan. Just hit me up!
Flat:
The flat consists of 2 private rooms, a kitchen and bath with a total of 69 m², high ceilings and a storage space in the cellar.
Room:
The room has 21 m² and an own balcony. A big tree directly in front of the room spends some shade during hot days as the room is on the rather sunny side.
It is also furnished and if we are getting along well you are free to use most of my belongings as the guitar, several flow-toys, yoga mat etc. If all of this is not needed, it can be stored in the cellar.
Location:
The adress Plönzeile 35 is in a quiet corner of Oberschöneweide/Köpenick. It is super close to the university “HTW-Berlin” and the wonderful park “Wuhlheide”. All sorts of supermarkets and doctors are in walking distance. In summer the lake “Müggelsee” is close and for boulder enthusiasts the “Ostbloc” is also just a 10 minute bike-ride away. If you are more courageous you can take a dip in the Spree as it just enters Berlin. We checked the water quality! :D At the “HTW-Berlin” you will also find an opportunity to be part of an urban garden. Just ask my flatmate about it.
I am sharing this flat with my dear friend Carl (24, studying renewables), who is always up for some fun and enthusiastic about acrobatics, yoga, flowtoys, sports in general, the outdoors, cooking and good food, politics, sustainability and at least on Sunday evenings also about football!
We like to cook and move together, so it is more than just a “Zweck WG”. It is a space to share and live freely. I am sure both of you will have some unforgettable days as spring returns and Berlin awakes from its deep sleep. Also the diet is kept vegetarian.
