Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad. Das 15qm große Zimmer (siehe Grundriss: "Schlafzimmer") steht zur Untermiete frei. Durch die Lage zum Innenhof ist es vor allem nachts sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert.
Die Wohnung ist eine Altbauwohnung, alte Fenster und Heizungsrohre an der Wand sollten dich also nicht stören. Sowohl Küche als auch Bad sind komplett ausgestattet.
Der S-Bahnhof Spindlersfeld ist in ca. 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Campus Adlershof der Humboldt-Universität ist mit der Straßenbahn in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar, weshalb sich dieses Angebot vor allem an Studierende der HU richten soll.
Zu mir: Ich heiße Alina, bin 20 Jahre alt und studiere im 3. Bachelorsemester Psychologie. Ich rauche nicht und bin eher ruhig. Da ich sowieso einige Online-Veranstaltungen belege(n muss), fahre ich manchmal in die Heimat, du hättest die Wohnung also auch mal für dich allein.
