The room is fairly large and receives a lot of sunlight. All amenities are available in the apartment including a washing machine, dishwasher and a fridge. The furniture cannot be changed though, however additions are welcome. Cleanliness is extremely important and a necessary trait. Only serious applications, who have read the above description apply. Also English would be preferred as the language of communication. Please write for more details and for the viewing of the apartment.
It is located near Ostbahhof S-Bahn Station(barely a 2 minute walk) with plenty of options for buses as well. Its a residential neighbourhood with plenty of supermarkets around like REWE, NETTO, PENNY and ROSSMAN. It is fairly quiet area and enough greenery around. Overall the location is quite central and it is one of the major perks of living here.
To ensure the confirmation of your room, you will have to pay the security deposit, which is of course refundable at the end of your stay. Additionally I will also require your ID and proof of employment/income. Previous anmeldung would also be needed if applicable.
