Hello there!
I am subletting my room as I am traveling to India. The room is 25m2, partially furnished as you see in the pictures. There are some plants in the room, it would be nice of you to take care of them. There is a street facing balcony. The neighborhood is busy, especially during the weekend. Lot of restaurants and cafes around.
The room is in a flat share of 3 people. The other flatmate is a massage therapist. She sometimes has her clients over. Some times works outside. Another flatmate is a marketing freelancer.
The ubahn is 7-8 mins by foot and the bus stop is 3-4 min by foot.
We are very strict about no alcohol and drug usage in the wg, as it is a clean WG and no smoking as well. Write to me if you are interested so we can arrange a visit.
