Das große Zimmer ist Teilmöbliert und hat ein großes Bett, Schlafcouch und eine Kleiderstange. Die Wohnung hat leider keinen Balkon, aber ansonsten ist alles vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Küche, Bad.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super. Der Görlitzer Park ist direkt neben an und die Bahn ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
Hey, ich bin freiberuflicher Regisseur und werde wohl früher oder später nach Düsseldorf zu meiner Freundin ziehen. Daher habe ich in das Wohnzimmer ein Hochbett eingebaut, wo ich schlafen kann, wenn ich in Berlin bin. Das Wohnzimmer ist kein Gemeinschaftsraum. Je nach Auftragslage bin ich mal mehr oder weniger in in der Wohnung. Da ich nur für einen bestimmten Zeitraum jemanden suche, würde ich das Zusammenleben mehr als Zweck WG betrachten und suche daher eher einen ruhigen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin.
Die monatliche Miete muss Anfang jeden Monats in Bar bezahlt werden.
