We are renting a beautiful cozy room in a bright and wonderfully well located flat!
The room comes with a low bed frame, a mattress, and a built-in wall shelf, which you can decide to keep or throw away. The room was freshly painted few months ago and so was the living room. One thing about the room is that it only has a slide door. The room will be available from the 23rd of October and we are looking for someone for long-term. The contract will be initially for three months and if we get along well together, we will extend it to long-term (thus anmeldung is possible after the initial 3 months).
Our home is pretty big, you are gonna like it for sure, we even have basically two living rooms :) But there is only one bathroom so it can be sometimes a bit tricky in the morning, but we never had any problems so far.
Though we are not demanding you to live any particular lifestyle, the flat is very inviting and we would like to live as harmoniously as possible, so we expect from you to be part of it as well!
We are looking for a female roommate to keep the balance that always worked in the flat.
Lovely location (mehringdamm ecke bergmannstrasse), beautiful area full of green parks, cool bars and restaurants and everything you need.

You will live with Suru, Stephanie and David. We are respectively Indian and two Germany , 35, 26 and 32 years old, all of us in the professional world in different fields.
Stephanie is working in a Fitnesscenter and just recently moved into our flat from Stuttgart, is exploring the city and a kind hearted familie person.
Suru just finished his PhD in chemistry few months ago and is now a scientific researcher. He's into boxing, biking, photography and learning new recipes to master in cooking. He loves camping, is curious about different cultures, loves exploring new music and spends a lot of time with his friends.
David is working as an assistant for people with handycaps and loves to spend his freetime playing Video Games, the guitar, riding his bike or going out with his friends.
We are happy and easygoing people. Quietly frankly, we do not do too much stuff together anymore since we all work during the week and have different schedules and lifestyles (especially after all of us started our new jobs), but whenever we have the time we would like to sit in the kitchen and chat, sometimes go for a coffee downstairs or drink a beer or go out to eat together. But most importantly, we have a good understanding of as well as respect for each other, and we want to create a welcoming, cozy, and relaxing vibe at home! And not as important but also very important to us, is cleaning, as it can get messy pretty quickly when living together with 4 people, so we would expect you to also join in our cleaning schedule.
So if you see yourself in such an environment, you will fit very well to us!
