Es handelt sich um eine Maisonette-Wohnung mitten in Kreuzberg. Das Zimmer hat 13 Quadratmeter. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. und 5. Stock des Hauses, ist aber bequem mit einem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Es gibt ca. 65m² gemeinsame Wohnfläche, dazu gehören zwei Bäder, ein Balkon und eine große Dachterrasse.
Der Mietpreis ist inkl. Internet, Strom, Telefon und allen anderen Nebenkosten. Leider ist keine Anmeldung in der Zeit möglich!
Die Oranienstraße, Lausitzer Platz, Landwehrkanal und der Görlitzer Park sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, gute Verkehrsanbindung, mit Bus und U-Bahn, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und kommen auch mal zum Kochen, Kaffe oder Quatschen in Küche oder Wohnzimmer zusammen.

Furnished room in Kreuzberg 36 (not as in the photos, but mattress, wardrobe, table and armchair are present).
Can be obtained from the 1st September. A weekly extension might be possible (this depends somewhat on when the actual tenant can move in).
We are living in a two store flat which you can reach with an elevator. It has around 65m² common space, including two bathrooms, one balcony and a big terrace. Also included in the monthly rent is electricity, wifi, telephone and all other extra costs. There is no possibility to registrate!
Nearby you can find Oranienstraße, Markthalle 9, Lausitzer Platz and a lot of bars and shops.
We are happy to have a first meeting in the flat or on Zoom and are looking forward to your message!
