we care about making the space we live in nicer together. preferably looking for a FLINTA* person that is communally minded.
we like to drink tea. viv is an artist, nico is an engineer and we have a workshop, DIY, listen to music, take walks, love nature, are involved in house project in the country side. we have lots of beamers and love to watch stuff sometimes.
nico works 4 days / week and is out in the country some weekends. viv is at her art studio. so the house is empty sometimes.
the apartment is big (112 m^2) and beautiful with tall ceilings, south of görli and close to the canal, ground floor. it’s kinda cold and not easy to heat in winter, but totally fine until like late december. rent is 635 and kaution we will discuss in person.
the room is the biggest in the WG (27m2 roughly). partly furnished, has a loft bed ( don't have to use if you don't want to). room is street-facing, and can be loud sometimes when gate is opened/closed. But the street is very quiet and there is not much traffic.
