Ich bin im Marketing tätig und arbeite zu 80% aus dem Homeoffice, entsprechend suche ich jemanden, der tagsüber ebenfalls einer Beschäftigung nachgeht. Die Wohnung bietet aber ausreichend Platz für zwei Berufstätige, sodass man sich im Homeoffice absolut nicht stört. Jede:r hat mit einem eigenen Zimmer und Bad ihr:sein eigenes Reich. Die Wohnung lädt dazu ein, dass große Wohn- und Esszimmer zu nutzen und gelegentlich nach dem Feierabend gemeinsam zu essen o. Ä. (kein Muss). Das Einladen von Freunden bietet sich aufgrund der vorhandenen Räume an und ist gern gesehen, sollte sich aber in der Frequenz und in den Uhrzeit im Rahmen halten (keine Party-WG).

I'm Hendrik, 34 years old, full-time employed and looking for a temporary roommate. I work in marketing (80% from home), so I'm looking for someone who also has a job during the day. The apartment offers enough space for two working people, so that there is absolutely no disturbance in the home office. Everyone has their own room plus bathroom, so consequently their own "kingdom". You should wanna make use of the large living and dining room and use the space of the apartment. After work I like the idea of occassionally have dinner together, but I won't force anyone (I'm an easy going person in general). Friends are very welcome in a normal frequency and during acceptale times (it's not a party WG).
