2 unfurnished rooms are available for rent in a four room apartment. Although it’s two rooms there is only Anmeldung available for one person, so this would be perfect for someone who wants an extra room for home office, or a work studio, or single parents who have shared custody with another parent and need an extra room for when they have their children.
The apartment is located on Graefe Straße near Hasenheide. It has a balcony and WiFi, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate wc.
You would be sharing the apartment with Arne, 45, a dog named Pearl, and my children that come to stay on the weekends. During the week I work a lot and am mostly just home in the evenings.
The monthly rent is 560€+ 2 kautions. Anmeldung is available. The rooms are available for 6 months. I would rather rent the room to someone after meeting in person and finding the right fit, and am not particularly interested in reserving the room for someone that hasn’t arrived in Berlin yet.
