Im Zimmer befinden sich ein sehr schönes Doppelbett, Garderobenständer, ein Sessel und ein Schreibtisch.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Kreuzberg im Wrangelkiez nahe dem Schlesischen Tor.
Selbstverständlich kannst Du die Küche, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank etc. benutzen.
Kurz zu mir. Ich bin 48 Jahre arbeite als Webdeveloper.
Manchmal gibt es laut Musik oder auch gutes Vegi Essen in meiner Küche. Ansonsten Sport und ab und an Ausgehen.
Das Wohnung teilen sollte unkompliziert ablaufen. Gern mal gemeinsam Essen oder ein Getränk in der Küche.
Ich möchte keine Party-WG, du solltest mindestens 27 Jahre alt sein und WG-Erfahrung haben.

The room has a very nice double bed, coat rack, armchair and desk. The apartment is located in Kreuzberg in the Wrangelkiez near Schlesisches Tor. Of course you can use the kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator etc.
Briefly about me. I am 48 years old and work as a web developer.
Sometimes I listen to loud music or make good vegetarian food in my kitchen.
Otherwise, exercise and going out every now and then. Sharing an apartment should be straightforward.
Also, let's have a meal together or a drink in the kitchen sometimes.
I don't want a party house, you should be at least 27 years old and roommate experienced.
