Die ganze Wohnung ist 100qm gross und befindet sich in einem sehr grünem Teil von Kreuzberg - am Südstern.
Sie ist sehr ruhig, da Fahrradstrasse und liegt in der 4.Etage, ohne Aufzug..
Sie haben 200 meter bis U7 und 200 meter zum Bus M41. Die beste Anbindung zum. Hauptbahnhof und zum Flughafen. In meiner Strasse befinden sich sehr interessante Restaurants, Bars und im Hof sogar das Sputnik Kino.
Zu bewohnen wären 2 Räume;
ein Schlafraum mit Balkon
und ein Arbeitsraum mit einem grossem. Schreibtisch
die Räume sind miteinander durch eine Doppeltür verbunden.
In der Wohnung wohnt gleichzeitig eine junge Studentin. Mit Ihr müsste das Duschbad und die Küche geteilt werden.
