This is a newly renoted flat and the removation is almost over. The flat is currently unfurnished so you will be able to decorate your room however you like! It is a three room flat and there are two big rooms available for rent. Anmeldung is possible.
Room 1: 24 m2 - Rent 700€ everything included (water, heating, electricity, internet) + 2 rent deposit 1400€ (can be paid in 4 months)
Room 2: 28 m2 with a balcony - Rent 800€ everything included (water, heating, electricity, internet) + 2 rent deposit 1600€ (can be paid in 4 months)
Both rooms have two windows overlooking the street.
In addition to your own room, you and your flat-mates share a kitchen, bathroom. There is also an empty corner 3m2 which is thought to be decorated as a shared sitting space. There will be no living rooms but the rooms are big enough to have couches besides beds and desks.
I will be the 3rd person staying in the 3rd room but I will be out of Germany for the first two months. The initial contract must be made until December 5th and it will be for four months with the possibility to extend it if you get along well with other two of us.
In the first two months, the kitchen will have an oven, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle dining table, chairs along with cooking equipment and utensils. There will be some basic cupboards for storage.
The bathroom has a bathtub shower, toilet, sink and there will also be a washing machine.
Note that as I will not be staying in the flat for the first two months so the kitchen and bathroom will not be fully ready but you will have all the things written above.

The location of the flat is in Kreuyberg, 5 mins walk to U7 Südstern and 10 mins walk to U8 Schönleinstraße. 8 mins walk an you are at the canal, at Admiralbrücke. There are lots of restaurants, markets around. There is also a bus stop 50m away from the building.
- I am looking for people who are clean and tidy, and extra clean and tidy with the shared rooms, bathroom, kitchen and the hall clean
- Looking for people who will careful with the shared items, machines in the flat as if they are theirs
- No outside shoes in the flat (except for the entrance)
- Smoking only allowed in the balcony or in your room near the window
- A friend or family can stay up to a week (in your room of course)
- Small gatherings are ok once in a month but you have to clean the shared rooms the day after
- If you are going away for some time, it is also ok if you can rent your room to someone short term, max 3 months. You have to inform us in advance and we have to meet the person in advance. Also get a deposit besides the rent because you are responsible from this person. If something is broken or stolen, you have to pay.
- Flat language will probably be English, I am still learning German
