Rent a nice room for two during christmas/new year holidays - Ideally located in kreuzberg/Neukölln

Hi! I'm offering to let my room in a superb flat in Sudstern during the New Year/Christmas holidays.
It's a very large room of over 20m2, bright and spacious. It has a double bed, storage space, a desk, an armchair and a sofa.
The kitchen is huge and ideal for cooking meals. All the furniture was made by my flatmate, so the flat is very charming.
The bathroom has a bath.

The flat is ideally situated, surrounded by Tempelhoferfield, that giant park and Hasenneide Park. You can stroll through the surrounding streets, between Kreuzberg and Neukolln.
The S-bahn is a 1 minute walk away, Sudstern, or several bus stops and Hermanplatz are right next door too.

Great base for visiting Berlin.
Simply I leave my things, thank you for respecting them, not to smoke elsewhere than at the window, and not to make party in the flat.

Hi! Ich biete Ihnen an, mein Zimmer in einer wunderschönen Wohnung in Sudstern während der Neujahrs-/Weihnachtsferien zu vermieten.
Es ist ein sehr großes Zimmer mit über 20m2, hell und geräumig. Es beherbergt ein Doppelbett, Stauraum, einen Schreibtisch, einen Sessel und ein Sofa.
Die Küche ist riesig und ideal, um Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Alle Möbel wurden von meinem Mitbewohner angefertigt, die Wohnung ist also sehr charmant.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne.

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, umgeben vom Tempelhofer Feld, diesem riesigen Park und dem Hasenneide Park. Sie können in den umliegenden Straßen zwischen Kreuzberg und Neukolln flanieren.
Die S-Bahn ist nur eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt, Sudstern, mehrere Bushaltestellen und der Hermanplatz sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um Berlin zu erkunden.
Ich lasse nur meine Sachen da, bitte respektieren Sie sie, rauchen Sie nur am Fenster und feiern Sie keine Partys in der Wohnung.
