The room is very spacious and has tons of light, as there are 4 windows on the ceiling and two little ones at the sides.
It has a bed, and some space to put clothes and objects, a little table and a big desk. If you need more furniture, you can put some beanbags from the commonshare to chill with friends. I kept it very minimal as i use it to dance and train (it's perfect for those as the space is very big). Also it has a huge carpet and plants so it feels very cozy to hang out.
The flat itself is spacious, colorful and quirky. We're on the top floor, so we get a lot of light and it is very quiet - it feels very atmospheric at times. There are two bathrooms, one with a full bathtub, one with just a shower (and the other necessities). Our well equipped kitchen opens up onto our large terrace, which has a lush garden with vegetables, herbs and flowers. (in the spring) We also have a tiny room with a bed where guests can stay.
The situation is very good, as it's very close to the popular Bergmannkiez, with lots of restaurants and bars.
Also, is very chill as its next to Victoria Park and Gleisdreck Park.
U-bahn and S-bahn Yorckstrasse are at 7 min. from home.
Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe and LPG are at walking distance.
You will share the house with my 3 sweets flatmates.
The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. Even if everyone is very busy with their our lifes and interests, there is a feeling of togetherness.
