Das Zimmer ist ca. 25qm groß und kostet 420 Euro. Wir wohnen in einer 160qm großen, nicht sanierten Altbau-Wohnung mit großem Wohnzimmer und großen Zimmern. Das Zimmer wird nur teilweise möbliert sein, da uns eine Mitbewohnerin schon im Dezember verlässt und die neue Person erst zum 1.2. einzieht. Wir haben aber genügend Möbel in der Wohnung, sodass wir das Zimmer mit dem nötigsten Ausstatten und es dir möglichst gemütlich machen können.
The room is about 25 square meters and costs 420 euros. We live in a 160sqm, unrenovated old building apartment with a large living room and large rooms. The room will only be partially furnished because a roommate is leaving in December and the new person won't be there until February 1st. moves in. However, we have enough furniture in the apartment so that we can equip the room with the essentials and make it as comfortable as possible for you.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich zentral gelegen in Kreuzberg 61. Die M41 fährt direkt vor der Haustür zum Hbf. oder nach Neukölln und die U1, U6 und U7 sind in 7-12 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Our apartment is centrally located in Kreuzberg 61. The M41 runs right outside the front door to the main station or Neukölln and the U1, U6 and U7 can be reached on foot in 7-12 minutes.
Kurz zu uns: wir sind 3 FLINTA* mit linkem, queerfeministischen Grundverständnis, teilweise queer oder hetero, teilweise weiß oder nicht-weiß, zwischen 28 und 32 Jahren, lohnarbeitend, teilweise viel unterwegs aber auch gerne zuhause, machen Sport, trinken Kaffee und so weiter.
