Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer an der U-Bahn-Station Mehringdamm zwischen dem 15.12 und 31.03 unter.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert. Einen Großteil der Möbel werde ich in meine neue Wohnung mitnehmen. Ich lasse ein Bett, etwas Stauraum und bei Bedarf einen Tisch im Zimmer.
Neben meinem Zimmer gibt es eine riesige (c.a. 40sqm) Küche, ein Badezimmer inkl. Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine, sowie ein Geästeklo.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral und gut angebunden am Mehringdamm in Berlin Kreuzberg. In der Nähe fahren U6/U7/U1/U3 sowie diverse Busse. Unter der Wohnung gibt es einen Späti in 50 Metern Entfernung findest du Rewe, Edeka, Asia-Markt und ein halbes Dutzend Fast-Food-Restaurants.
Viktoriapark, Gleisdreieck-Park und das Tempelhofer-Feld liegen ebenfalls sehr nah.
Du wohnst mit Thilo und Sami zusammen. Thilo arbeitet vollzeit und reist viel. Er ist nur selten in der Wohnung. Thilo macht eine Ausbildung und ist ebenfalls tagsüber eingespannt. Beide sind ruhig und werden dich nicht stören.
