Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und geräumig und für den Zeitraum der Untermiete voll möbliert: Bett (1,40 x 2m), höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch, Sofa, Schrank, Kleiderstange, Kommode etc. Ich werde all meine Sachen drin lassen, weil wir keinen Keller o.ä. haben, dir aber natürlich etwas Platz für deine Kleidung etc. schaffen. Meine Pflanzen bleiben auch hier und es wäre toll, wenn du sie gießen würdest.

The room is very bright and spacious and fully furnished for the period of the sublet: Bed (1.40 x 2m), height-adjustable desk, sofa, wardrobe, clothes rail, chest of drawers etc. I will leave all my things inside because we don't have a cellar or similar, but of course I will create some space for your clothes etc.. My plants will also stay here and it would be great if you watered them.
Perfekte Lage, direkt am Landwehrkanal, nahe der Admiralbrücke. Supermärkte, der Maybachufermarkt, die U-Bahnstation (U8) und alles andere was man so brauchen kann, sind in max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist im Hinterhof, sodass es komplett ruhig ist.

Perfect location, directly on the Landwehr Canal, close to the Admiral Bridge. Supermarkets, the Maybachufermarkt, the subway station (U8) and everything else you might need are within 5 minutes walking distance. The room is in the backyard, so it is completely quiet.
Du wirst mit meinem lieben Mitbewohner (25) zusammenleben, der aktuell seine Masterarbeit schreibt und im Politikbereich arbeitet. Wir sind beide viel unterwegs, aber wenn wir zuhause sind, kochen wir sehr gerne zusammen (vegetarisch/vegan) oder trinken einen Kaffee. Wir gehen auch gerne mal zusammen weg, auf eine Demo oder einen Abendspaziergang am Kanal. Ein achtsamer Umgang miteinander ist uns wichtig und es wäre toll, wenn das auch mit dir in dem Rahmen passt.
In dieser WG ist kein Platz für Sexismus, Rassismus, Queerfeindlichkeit und all die andere Schei*e.

You will be living with my lovely roommate (male, 25), who is currently writing his master's thesis and works in politics. We're both quite busy, but when we're at home, we like to cook together (vegetarian/vegan) or have a coffee. We also like to go out together, join a demonstration or for an evening walk along the canal.
There is no room for sexism, racism, queerphobia and all that other shit.
Ich vermiete mein Zimmer unter, während ich im Februar auf Reisen bin. Eine mehrmonatige Untermiete wird aber definitiv nicht möglich sein. Wenn du nur etwas für zwei oder drei Wochen suchst, können wir auch gerne über den Preis verhandeln. Bitte schreib unbedingt etwas über dich und deine Vorstellungen über das Zusammenleben in einer WG, damit wir einschätzen können, ob es passt.

I am subletting my room while I am traveling in February. I'm flexible about the start and end of the sublet by a few days, we can just talk about it then. However, it will definitely not be possible to sublet for several months. If you are only looking for something for two or three weeks, we can also negotiate the price. Please be sure to write something about yourself and your ideas about living together in a shared flat so that we can assess whether it's a good fit.
