I am subletting a room in my flat. We would live just the two of us, so a Wg of 2. The flat has a little balcony. Unfortunately you would have to cross my room to get to the kitchen, but for me it‘s totally fine of course if you do, only after 8 pm I would prefer if you would keep it to a minimum, but it is not a big fuss anyway. The room I am subletting has no furniture but the rest of the flat is fully equipped, apart from a washing-machine, but I will get one as soon as possible.

Ich untervermiete (mit Anmeldung) 1 Wg-Zimmer. Wir wären dann eine 2er Wg. Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Balkon. Leider muss man durch mein Zimmer durch um in die Küche zu kommen, aber ich bin da sehr entspannt, wäre nur vielleicht cool, wenn man so ab 20:00 Uhr nicht mehr so oft durchgehen würde.
Ansonsten ist alles möbliert, nur ein Bett würde dir noch fehlen. Und eine Waschmaschine ist im Moment nicht da, aber ich kümmere mich drum eine so bald wie möglich zu besorgen.
Freue mich Euch kennen zu lernen :)

Alquilo un cuarto en mi departamento. Seriamos solo los dos viviendo en el depa. Lamentablemente hay que pasar por mi cuarto para llegar a la cocina, pero no me hago lío durante el día y a partir de las 8pm sería genial, si podrías mantenerlo a un mínimo y pasar solamente cuando sea realmente necesario.
El cuarto que alquilo no tiene muebles, pero el resto del depa está completamente equipado, con excepción de una lavadora, pero conseguiré una lo antes posible.
