The room is fully furnished and the location on the 4th floor and the big window brings a lot of natural light making it perfect for working or studying during the day :)

The flat is located very centrally, only a few blocks from Checkpoint Charlie / Kochstrassße (Kreuzberg).
It's a tall building, we're on the 4th floor.
There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakery's and restaurants around (Lidl, Bio Company, Edeka). We're also only a few minutes by bike to Kotti (kottbusser tor)
The admiralbrücke is also close by and for enjoying a cold beer or an ice cream after work

L77 is a generational WG. Many have come and gone from this wonderful flat, all of us somehow still sticking together and meeting up during the week and weekends for drinks, Tempelhof picnics, and dinners. Once you're part of the L77 WG, you're part of the L77 WG forever 🔥
The current 5 of us in the flat come from a different country, you will be greeted by Italians, Spanish, French and Argentinian in this home. We are also all working (mostly from home, but sometimes we sporadically go to the office) and do lots of sports or going drinking or clubbing.
this is a sublet for 1,5 months. Total rent will be 900€ for the whole time.
