Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my room (30m2) in an amazing and huge altbau WG apartment (150m2) in the trendy area of Kreuzberg (U-Südstern station) from 1st of May onwards.
The room comes with a queen size bed and a working area (temporary, this can be removed if you have your own furniture). It’s suitable for home office. There are 2 bathrooms, a big and fully equipped kitchen (30m2), a big living room (30m2), and a balcony.
The rent is 1013.50€ monthly with Internet, heater, electricity included. This room in WG will be available until around July/August, then we will dissolve the WG, if you want to continue living here, we could connect you with the owner to see a potential fit. The final decision is up to the owner of the apartment.
My room locates in the front part of the apartment, and their rooms at the back.
Non smoking and no parties or after parties allowed.
