Hey there! I am looking for someone to take over a specious furnished room right in the heart of Bergmannkiez in Kreuzberg. The street is quiet but parallel to the Bergmannstraße. Also it’s in the back house so it’s not noisy. The apartment is fully furnished (dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, washing machine, a bathtub, etc). The room also has a bed with a mattress, a couch, a desk and a chair.The room is available only for a month and the stay can’t
be extended.
It’s a two-person WG and you will be living with me. Even if it’s just for a month I’m happy to get to know you. I work four days a week in a publishing house and love reading and literature. I don’t spend much time at home as I am usually meeting friends after work or doing some sports, especially dancing. I am still open and happy to spend some time together if there's a chance!

Hey, ich biete ein schönes möbliertes Zimmer im Herzen des Bergmannkiezes in Kreuzberg. Die Straße ist ruhig, aber parallel zur Bergmannstraße. Außerdem ist es im Hinterhaus und vom Lärm bekommt man nichts. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert (Spülmaschine, Backoffen, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Badewanne, etc.). Das Zimmer hat auch ein Bett mit Matratze, eine Couch, einen Schreibtisch und einen Stuhl.Das Zimmer ist nur für einen Monat verfügbar und der Aufenthalt kann nicht verlängert werden.
Es ist eine Zwei-Personen-WG und du wirst mit mir wohnen. Auch wenn es nur für einen Monat ist, freue ich mich, dich kennenzulernen. Ich arbeite vier Tage die Woche in einem Verlag und liebe Literatur. Ich verbringe nicht viel Zeit zu Hause, da ich mich normalerweise nach der Arbeit mit FreundInnen treffe oder Sport mache. Bin trotzdem sehr offen dafür, etwas zusammen zu unternehmen, wenn es passt!
Die Wohnungsbesichtigungen finden diesen Freitag (19. April) statt. (Keine Open-House-Besichtigung!) Ich freue mich auf deine Nachricht!
