I (42 years, artist - she/her, straight ally, feminist) am looking for a nice, long-term flatmate in a beautiful flat in Kreuzberg (Graefekiez).
The flat: 76 m2, 6th floor with elevator, large balcony, bright, large living room and kitchen area
The room: approx. 10m2, unfurnished. Yes, the room is small, but it is bright and has a beautiful view (see 2 last images). Some additional storage in the kitchen and cellar available. You can paint over the red-brown wall if you don’t like it.
I am looking for a kind and reliable person, that ideally has experience in flatshare. I am usually rather busy, but am always happy to have a chat and an occasional dinner / movie night together. The flat is on the tidy side and I would love to keep it that way.
