No Anmeldung in first three months, sorry
Berliner Zimmer 26m2 with south facing window. Will only contain a large couch you can sleep on, but in principle it’s an empty room. I would really love that you to make it your own space, including in the common areas. Well, except with regards noise (unless it’s classical, jazz, or techno). On the other hand, guests are always welcome (but the price of the room is for one person!)
700 is the short term price. Full price is 800 incl. wifi heat etc . But can be as little as 550 if you work in a mission-driven org, or are an artist or journalist or create other meaningful content. Or are serious about intending to. You are probably over 25 and reliable.
Only personalised notes (even if only slightly) will be considered, with a description of yourself, and what you are looking for in a WG.

The Kiez has hip cafes and restaurants that typically close at 10pm. For me, it’s one too many flat whites and fad desserts, and not enough baklava and soup but you get that in the adjoining neighbourhoods ;) Short bike or walk to Gorlitzer Bahnhof (U1 U3) , or Hermannplatz (U7 U8 ), M29, 171, 194, N94
This is a new WG. This process is new to me, and I’m new to Berlin, though I’ve lived in many WGs the world over. Hebron was one of my favourites.
You might want to cook twice a week.
Then there’s a reasonable chance to dine together once a week or so. I consider mutually leaving leftovers for each other also a healthy practice and right now there’s only a small fridge. I’m vegetarian tending vegan; not strict, but great if you’re sympathetic.
I work full-time, from home 4 days, 1 day at the office, in IT and economics. I play in a jazz band. I play any sport, and would enjoy occasional sportive outings, even table tennis. I’m an introvert, but value company, and communicate well when it matters.
Keine Spülmaschine, but not opposed to getting one.

Typical two-room with Larger than average kitchen.
On keeping the kitchen tidy, I'll be lifting my standards up to yours. I sometimes leave a in-use cups and one in-use bowl around. Otherwise, in the kitchen, it's clean it up straight away. And it's very immature on acquiring stuff - so ideas or bring-stuff is appreciated.
