Rent a large and bright room in a 2 people flatshare in best Kreuzkölln area, close to La Maison. It's fully furnished with a comfy queen bed, desk, sofa, chest of drawers, desk and clothes rack. The room is 25sq/m, direct morning daylight, and a big private balcony. Flat is spacious and bright. You'll have bedsheets and towels at your disposal.
DEPOSIT: 500€
RENT: 800€ all bills included, per month
(there might be a possibility that I extend my stay abroad, in which case you would be invited to stay longer if you wish for 200€/week).
When I'm back and the room/apartment is in the same conditions, I'll return the 500€ deposit immediately. I'll make a contract for the sublet.
Really nice area in the middle of everything, but in a quiet street between the canal and Reichenbergerstr. Several options of supermarkets, spätis, restaurants, bars, yoga studios, etc in walking distance. 10min walking to U8Schönleinstr. and U1Görlitzer, M29 bus stop in 2min. The canal is right at the corne.
You'll be sharing the 85sq/m flat with Lorena (Colombia, 30). She works full time at an office. Apart from the 2 bedrooms, we have a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower, and big living room.
We like to keep the common areas clean, like washing the dishes after use (and we have a dishwasher to male life easier). The flat is furnished and fully equipped with appliances.
Only for women, 1 person only. No pets, sorry. No Anmeldung.
