Hi everybody,
We will have a free room with balcony free from 15th of March on in our WG (moving in from 1st of March would also be an option). Our flat is located right in front of Viktoria park and waterfall. Rooms are huge, sunny and also furnished. I am 42 years old and have a 9 years old son. I have another male 20 years old flatmate who is an extremely nice and quite.
Please consider that our WG is not really suiting someone that wants to party a lot as I have a child. The flat has 4 rooms in totall and me and my son live in two of those rooms. I rent the other two rooms to nice people who enjoy living with us for short or long periods of their lives. The neigbouhood is really fantastic, having lots of cafes and resturants around (Bergmannstr.) and we have 10 mintutes walk to U bahn Mehringdamm (U6, U7), 20 minutes walk to S bahn York str. (S1,2,25) and Bus 140 to Ostbahnhof and Tempelhof is just passing around the corner.
In case you are interested in our offer, plz write me briefly about yourself and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I sincerly ask you to avoid sending me generall messages you send to everyone (I don't read them!!!). Please send just a relevant and preferebly short Email describing why are you in Berlin, what would you do during your stay, about your finances or otherwise how would you afford the rent and why did you choose us. Thanks for having understanding for my limitations in reading tons of generall and not specific emails.

Wir haben ab 15. März 2024 ein WG- Zimmer mit Balkon frei (1.März wäre auch möglich).
Unsere Wohnung liegt gegenüber dem Viktoriapark und Wasserfall. Die Räume sind groß, sonnig und möbliert. Ich bin 42-Jahre alt, habe einen 9-jährigen Sohn. Weiters wohnt ein außerordentlich freundlicher, ruhiger 20-jähriger Mitbewohner mit uns.
Weil ich hier mit dem Kind wohne, ist unsere Wohnung nicht gut für viele Parties oder viele Gäste geeignet. Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer und ich und mein Sohn bewohnen zwei davon, die restlichen zwei vermiete ich an nette Leute, die einen Teil ihres Lebens mit uns leben wollen.
Die Nachbarschaft ist wunderbar, es gibt viele Cafes und Restaurantes (Bergmannkiez) und die Wohnung ist öffentlich gut angeschlossen. (10 min zur U-Bahn Mehringdamm- U6/U7, 20 min zur S-Bahn Yorkstr.-S1/S2/S25 snd BUS 140 Richtung Ostbahnhof und Tempelhof fährt ums Eck).
Falls du Interesse hast, schreib gerne über dich und ich melde mich so schnell wie möglich. Bitte schicke keine allgemeine Anfrage (ich werde sie nicht lesen) sondern lieber eine klare Mail, warum du nach Berlin willst, was du hier machst, wie deine Einkommen ist bzw. wie du deine Miete zahlst und warum du dich für uns interessierst.
