Anzubieten haben wir ein Zimmer in Prime-Lage und super- prime apartment. Platz zum Unterbringen von deinem persönlichen Kram sind vorhanden. Wenn du also nicht Unmengen von Platz benötigst, sondern lieber was mit extremst coolen Mitbewohnern im nicesten Part Berlins suchst, komm vorbei! . Direkt am Görlitzer Park.
Die Möbel im Zimmer sind nicht ganz die aktuellen. Doppelmatratze und andere Accessories gibt es aber.
Wir sind:
Emma - 27, Dr. Med. aus der Slowakei, sie wird Dein Leben retten
Juan - 28, argentinischer Star-Landschaftsarchitekt
Alexander - 29, Kostümbildner für Theater und Oper, unsere venezolanische Diva
Wir sind alle drei berufstätig und arbeiten alle in Berlin. Wir mögen uns gegenseitig und führen ein friedliches Miteinander zu Hause. Sauberkeit und Respekt sind uns sehr wichtig, genau so wie ab und an ein gemeinsames Abendessen in unserer schönen Küche.
Wir suchen jemanden der für einen Monat das Zimmer untermieten möchte bevor ein großer Zimmertausch ansteht.

We're offering a cosy, cute and handsome room, blessed and topped with a lot of beauty. It has a double matress and there's also some room for your stuff.
So if you don't need much space and prefer to live in the best part of Berlin, come by! The flat is right opposite Görlitzer Park and the kitchen / livingroom has a nice outlook on parts of the park!
We offer you everything you need (bed, cupboard,... and probably the best spices available in berlin).
We like it quiet and relaxed.
Here's a lowdown on the incumbents:
Emma- 27 - Our Slovakian medical doctor doing her specialisation in Berlin, always ready to save your life!
Juan - 28 - aka "der Gaucho" famous landscape architect, from Argentina.
Alex- 29 - Costume designer for theatre and operas... Our venezuelan diva
All three of us are fully professional and working, we like to lead a relaxed and peaceful environment at home. Cleaning and mutual respect for each others privacy are important to us. Dinners, wine and also nice talks in our kitchen every now and then.
We are looking for someone to sublet the room for a month before there is going to be a big room switching happening.
