wir vermieten ein voll möbliertes Zimmer in unserer schönen Altbauwohnung und suchen dafür eine zuverlässige und ordentliche Person zur Zwischenmiete.
Das sonnengeflutete Zimmer (Südseite) ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Zwischenmiete benötigt: ein 140x200 Bett inklusive Matratze, ein Kleiderschrank, eine bequeme Couch und eine kleine Kommode.
Die Wohnküche ist hat einen Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Coffeemaker und einem Esstisch für 4 Personen. Das Bad verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und eine Badewanne, groß genug für ein entspannendes Bad im Winter.

we are a couple in our latethirties and we are looking for a reliable and neat person to sublet one fully furnished room in our beautiful appartment.
The sun-filled room has all the amenities for a convenient stay:
a bed (140x200), a closet, a comfortable couch, and a small sideboard.
The kitchen is rather large, with a dinner table for four people, of course a stove and cooking equipment for a nice meal (coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, water heater).
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a bathtub large enough to take a relaxing bath.

Die Wohnung liegt im attraktiven Bergmannkiez, einem sanierten Altbauviertel, das mit unzähligen Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkten und sogar einer Markthalle Abwechslung bietet. Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, mit Blick auf einen Platz, so dass man selbst auswählt, ob man Kiezfeeling haben möchte oder bei offenem Fenster die Ruhe genießt.
Jeden Samstag von 10-16 Uhr ist ein Biomarkt direkt vor der Haustür.
3 U-Bahnstationen sind fußläufig in etwa 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen:
U-Bhf. Platz der Luftbrücke (U6), U-Bhf. Mehringdamm (U6,U7) und U-Bhf. Gneisenaustr. (U7).
Auch ein Bus hält 3 Minuten von hier - der 248, der über S-Bhf Südkreuz nach Dahlem fährt (U-Bhf Breitenbachplatz) oder in die andere Richtung über U-Bhf Hallesches Tor (U1) bis S+U-Bhf Alexanderplatz.
Hier fahren auch 3 Nachtbusse, N7, N19, N42, wenn es spät wird ...

Our place is in the middle of the lively and cool neighbourhood of Bergmannstraße in Kreuzberg with renovated old houses from the 19th and the early 20th ct. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, turkish fast food (try gözleme at Knofi) supermarkets from bio to nofrill and even a market hall make sure you can eat your way through the culinary variety Berlin has to offer. Our place is located in a calm street facing a square, so you can choose whether you want to mingle or have a calm night at home.
Every Saturday, there is an organic market right on our street, with regional farmers offering fresh and really delish produce!
3 trainstations are within a 5-10min walking distance:
U-Bhf. Platz der Luftbrücke (U6), U-Bhf. Mehringdamm (U6,U7) and U-Bhf. Gneisenaustr. (U7).
There is a bus 3 minutes from here, #248, that goes via S-Bhf Südkreuz to Dahlem (U3, U-Bhf Breitenbachplatz) or in the other direction towards Mitte, via U-Bhf Hallesches Tor (U1) to S+U-Bhf Alexanderplatz.
There are also 3 nightbusses, N7, N19, N42, if you stayed out longer...
