gerne würden wir unsere Wohnzimmer untermieten ab dem 15. September bis zum 31. Oktober 2018 .
Das Zimmer ist mit einem grosses Bett ausgerüstet, 2 Sofas, ein Arbeitstisch samt Bürostuhl und auch genug Platz im Regal für Persönliches Zeug. Das Zimmer ist 25 qm gross.
Der Wohnung ist insgesamt 107 qm, ein grosse Küche ist auch vorhanden.
Zur Verfügung stehen Spüllmachine, Waschmachine, Küchenzeug, W-LAN.
Es ist ein 3 Zimmerwohnung, also wirdst du nicht allein sein.
Miete ist insgesamt 500 € Warm (200€ kaution).
Ort / Anbindung: Kreuzberg, nähe Oranienstrasse.
U1 und U8 sind in kürze zu erreichen, Zentral aber ruhige lage.
Es gibt viele Restaurant und Bar, dauert nicht mal 5 mn zu Fuss.
Wir sind beide Berufstätig und wir sind ein paar. Zu viel Party wie Möglich, liegt eher hinter als vor uns. Trotzdem jemmand der Spass mag', tut gut! Wir haben ein mittel grosse Hund, Django. Er ist ruhig und ganz lieb.
