We have 3 rooms and 1 big kitchen in the flat, you will stay in your own room, 20 sq meters, and have access to everything in the flat of course. Inside the room you will have a bed, the bedding, a hanger, a desk, a mirror and a lamp.
The flat is right across Görlitzer Bahnof. It is the best location to live especially if you are visiting Berlin. It is 5 minutes to Kottbusser Tor and Mitte. U1 goes even to the west. There are galleries, restaurants and shops everywhere around this apartment. Super markets and cheap Kebab shops are also very conveniently located nearby. Since it is the main street there are no security issues either. It does not get any better.
Flatmates are relaxed, respectful, fun and locals. They will give you your space, but also be there when you have a question about the flat or the city. If you ask nicely I am sure they can even show you around. Their boyfriends might be around from time to time.
You will have the room between the 9th of January and the 31st of January and pay 600 euros. If you are a couple, you will pay 650. I can be a little flexible with dates. If you absolutely need to move in one day before or etc, just let me know and we can talk about it.
