Hallo liebe Leute,
ich werde vom 10.05.22-07.06.22 mein Zimmer (20qm) untervermieten. Ich wohne mit 2 Freunden (beide Mitte 30) zusammen in einer gemütlichen WG im schönen Gräfekiez. Die U-8 (Schönleinstraße) ist gleich um die Ecke und alles was das Herz begehrt, befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir freuen uns auf dich, wenn du, (ab 25 und aufwärts) genauso wie wir, Lust auf gelegentliche Kochabende hast oder mit auf eine Runde Tischtennis um die Ecke kommst. Weil mein Mitbewohner im Mai mitten in einer intensiveren Lernphase stecken wird, sind wir nicht so sehr auf "Partyvolk" aus ;-)
Die Miete beträgt für den kompletten Monat 350€.
Ich freue mich über eine Mail mit ein paar Infos zu euch (Hobbies, was ihr macht etc.) =)

Hey lovley people,
I‘ll sublet my room (20sqm) in a shared flat in Kreuz-Kölln for one month (May 10th- June 7th). I live with two friends of mine (both in their mid 30s) in a very nice and cozy flat in beautiful Gräfekiez. It‘s super close to the metro station Schönleinstraße (U8) and everything one needs for daily life is around the corner. We are looking for people from 25 years upwards who enjoy cooking ore pingpong sessions from time to time. Due to my roommates intense lerning period in may, we are not looking for a "extenisve party person" in that time :-)
Rent will be for the whole 4 weeks 350€.
