Helles Zimmer in riesiger, wunderschöner Altbauwohnung mit Parkblick // Bright room in huge beautiful apartment with park view

Wir bewohnen zu dritt eine riesige Traumwohnung direkt am Görlitzer Park. Da ich diesen Winter für einige Zeit nicht in Berlin bin, möchte ich gerne mein schönes Zimmer untervermieten. 800 Euro für ein 24qm großes Zimmer klingt auf den ersten Blick erstmal etwas teuer, aber wer die Wohnung einmal live gesehen hat, wird es nicht für unangemessen halten. Wir haben ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit angrenzender halb-offener (ebenfalls riesiger) Küche. Außerdem gibt ein Gästezimmer, das allen Mitbewohnern zur Verfügung steht für Besuche von Freunden und Familie. Sowohl dein Zimmer, als auch die Küche und das Wohnzimmer bekommen sehr viel Tageslicht und die großen Altbaufenster gehen auf den Görlitzer Park raus, man sieht also nichts als Baumkronen und Himmel :)

Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem sehr gemütlichen Bett, einem Sessel, einem Schrank und Regal mit viel Stauraum (im Schrank und Regal würde ich dir natürlich Platz machen). Das Regal hat einen ausziehbaren Schreibtisch integriert und kann auch als Stehtisch benutzt werden - also ideal fürs Home Office. Es gibt außerdem ein ausgeklügeltes Lichtkonzept, viele Pflanzen und einen Projektor, mit dem du vom Bett aus Filme gucken kannst. Alles in allem ein wirklich gemütliches Zimmer :)

Die Wohnung hat ein modernes Badezimmer und ein kleines Gästebad, wunderschöne abgezogene Dielen, weiße gespachtelte Wände und in deinem Zimmer und im Wohnzimmer gibt es schönen Stuck. Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon, der ebenfalls den ganzen Tag über Sonne bekommt und von Herbst bis Frühling sogar spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge.

Ebenfalls in der Miete inbegriffen ist Internet & co sowie einmal die Woche eine Putzfrau, die in allen Zimmern (nicht nur den Gemeinschaftsräumen) sauber macht. Das erspart den WG-Putzplan und jede Menge Konfliktpotential :) Du solltest natürlich trotzdem ordentlich und sauber sein.

We’re sharing a huge apartment between 3 people right by Görlitzer Park. Since I'm going to be out of town for a while this winter, I'm looking to temporarily rent out my beautiful room. 800 Euro for a 24sqm room might sound a pit pricey on first thought, but everyone who’s set foot in the apartment will know that it’s not unreasonable. We have a huge living room with an adjacent (also huge) half-open kitchen. Your room, then kitchen and the living room get sun light all day long and the big Altbau windows are looking out to Görlitzer Park, so all you see is tree tops and the sky :) There’s also a guest room that’s at everyone’s disposal for having friends and family stay over.

The room is furnished with a very comfortable bed, an armchair, a big closet and a shelf with lots of storage space (I can clear out as much space as you'd need for your stay). The shelf has a pull-out desk space and can also be used as a standing desk - ideal for working from home. There's also a sophisticated lighting concept, lots of plants and a projector to watch movies in bed. Overall an extremely cozy room :)

The apartment has a modern bathroom and a smaller guest bathroom, beautifully restored hardwood floors and stucco on ceilings in your room and the living room. There’s also a balcony that’s also sunny all day and from autumn to springtime even gets spectacular sunsets.

Also included in the rent is Internet & co as well as a weekly cleaning lady who cleans all rooms (not just the communal rooms). That spares us the WG cleaning schedule and lots of conflict potential :) Of course you should still be neat and clean up after your own mess in the kitchen or elsewhere.
