We live in a cozy, sunny 200sqm loft and we are looking for you. We would love to have people with an international background on board, we are also open for single parent with child.
We, that's Katja & Thomas (Katja runs an educational organization, Thomas does something with environmental protection and writes novels), Fanny & Ari (both from Canada, Ari is a fundraiser and Funny is teaching children) and Laurenn & Paul (Laurenn is studying and Paul is doing something with finance). We like to laugh, sometimes to cook together. Due to the immense size of the apartment, there are plenty of opportunities to withdraw, sit on a comfortable sofa and read a good book. Occasionally someone takes out the guitar - we love living together in a relaxed manner.
Since we are all relatively busy with our respective jobs, we are usually not all at the same time at the apartment. Moreover, Katja and Thomas are usually away on weekends.
We have a total of 5 rooms plus living area to relax and enjoy. One room is a guest room. There is also a nice bathroom with shower and bathtub, plus a guest toilet with a washing machine. The apartment features very nice floorboards, in the living area windows run down all the way to the floor. In summer, we open these doors to turn the living room virtually a light-filled balcony.
The room that we have on offer is 27sqm, with high ceilings and large windows.
Wir wohnen mit unserer WG in einer gemütlichen, sonnendurchfluteten 200 qm Loft. Ein Zimmer ist jetzt wieder frei und wir sind auf der Suche nach Dir oder Euch. Wir, das sind Katja & Thomas (Katja leitet eine Bildungs-Organisation, Thomas macht irgendwas mit Umweltschutz und schreibt Romane), Ari & Funny (Ari ist Fundraiser*in und Funny unterrichtet Kinder) und natürlich Laurenn & Paul (Laurenn studiert und Paul ist im Finanzwesen tätig). Wir lachen gerne, kochen gelegentlich und sitzen auch mal zusammen und klönen. Aufgrund der tollen großen Wohnung gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen, auf ein gemütliches Sofa zu setzen und ein gutes Buch zu lesen. Wir lieben das unkomplizierte Zusammenleben.
Da wir alle relativ viel beruflich unterwegs sind, sind wir meist gar nicht alle zugleich da, zudem sind Katja und Thomas meist am Wochenende ausgeflogen und Paul ist beruflich viel im Ausland unterwegs.
Wir haben insgesamt 5 Zimmer plus Wohnbereich zum Entspannen und Genießen. Ein Zimmer ist davon ein Gästezimmer. Zudem gibt es ein schönes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, zusätzlich auch noch ein Gäste-WC mit einer Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung mit Dielenboden ist super schön geschnitten, wir haben im Wohnbereich Fenster bis zum Boden, die wir im Sommer weit öffnen, macht das Wohnzimmer quasi zu einem lichtdurchströmten Balkon.
Das Zimmer, was hier noch auf Dich wartet, ist 27qm groß, ein Altbau mit hohen Decken und großen Fenstern.
Der Bergmannkiez ist bekannt dafür, ein lebendiger Kiez zu sein, mit leckeren Restaurants, schönen Cafes und spannenden Buchläden. Die WG ist in einer ehemaligen Luxus- und Spitzen-Papier-Fabrik, das urige gelb-rote Ziegelgebäude liegt in einem ruhigen Innenhof mitten im Kiez, was echt schön ist, wir sind mitten drin im Geschehen und doch liegt die Wohnung ruhig. Direkt hinter unserem Haus befindet sich auch noch eine Remise mit einem Tai Chi Zentrum.
The Bergmannkiez is known for being a lively neighborhood, with delicious restaurants, beautiful cafes and exciting bookstores. The shared apartment is in a former luxury and high-end paper factory, the quaint yellow and red brick building is in a quiet courtyard in the middle of the neighborhood, which is really nice, we are right in the middle of the action and yet the apartment is quiet. There is also a Tai Chi center directly behind our house.
We have created a very relaxed and humorous togetherness. When it comes up (and everyone is there) we sit together, drink a glas of wine or cook. We love to be in the flow.
Besides: The total rent also includes WiFi, a cleaning service for the common areas, the use of the guest room and everything else anyway.
Wir haben ein sehr entspanntes und humorvolles Miteinander erschaffen. Wenn es sich ergibt (und alle da sind) sitzen wir zusammen und kochen auch mal gemeinsam. Auf der anderen Seite hat jede und jeder super viel Platz und Raum, um sich zurückzuziehen, einfach mal die Beine hochzulegen und für sich zu sein.
Wir sind eine ziemlich entspannte Crew, lieben gutes Essen und unkompliziertes Miteinander. So sind wir einfach neugierig auf Dich oder Euch.
Die Gesamtmiete beinhalten übrigens auch Wlan, einen Putzservice für die Gemeinschaftsräume, die Mitnutzung des Gästezimmers und alles andere sowieso.
Wir sind neugierig auf Dich oder Euch (wir haben beste Erfahrungen mit Pärchen gemacht, genauso wie mit Teilzeit-alleinerziehende Eltern mit Kind. Wir freuen uns darüber genauso, wie wenn Du alleine Lust hast, mit uns zusammen zu leben). Wir sind einfach offen und wollen Dich kennenlernen :-)!
