We live in a female-only apartment and looking for a flatmate from 01.08.2023. The available room is bright, large (23m2) and fully furnished. The apartment is located in the beautiful Bergmann neighbourhood which is famous with its cosy cafes, restaurants and, concept stores. The bus and subway connections are closeby: Ubhf Gneisenaustr. (U7), Hallesches Tor (U1) und diverse bus connections (248, 141, M41) are just around the corner. You may take peaceful walks around Victoriapark or by the canal. Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Bergmannkiez, der für seine zahlreichen Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bekannt ist.
Außerdem hat man eine günstige Verkehrsanbindung durch die nahegelegenen U-Bahnstationen zur U1, U7 und U8 sowie verschiedene Busanbindungen.
Der Viktoriapark sowie die ruhigen Wege am Kanal, laden zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen ein.
Für ein entspanntes und gutes Miteinander benötigen wir: Offenheit& Kommunikation& auch persönlichen Rückzugsraum, Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den gemeinsam genutzten Räumen.Da ich berufstätig bin und auch mal am Wochenende arbeite, lege ich Wert auf eine ruhige Mitbewohnerin, die eher für kürzere Zeit (1 Jahr) einziehen möchte.
