The room is 30 sqm big, very light, and with a big balcony. The rest of the flat was all refurbished before we entered so the kitchen/bathroom are in great state. The location is really great, at Schlesisches Tor in Wrangelkiez, close to the bars and clubs, also close to supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl), many Spätis and restaurants. It is also 3min away from U1-U3 metro station and bus lines.
I live with a Spanish friend who is really nice and easy-going. He works the whole day during the week.
I rent the room 18 days from the 15.08-02.09 and this is 415Euros for this period.

3min away from U1-U3 metro station at Schlesiches Tor and Görlitzer Park. Many bus lines are also available. Close to the bars and clubs, also close to supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl), many Spätis and many great restaurants (Görlitzerstr., Wrangelkiez, etc).
